Trendier AI announced on the 17th that it unveiled its AI strategy for the K-beauty industry and its 2026 trend outlook at Cosmoprof Asia 2025, held in Hong Kong.

During the event, held from November 12 to 14, Kei Chun, Co-CEO of Trendier AI, presented insights into future beauty trends. The presentation emphasized how the rapidly growing K-beauty industry is transitioning toward data- and AI-driven execution strategies across global markets.
The session demonstrated how artificial intelligence is being applied to real-world decision-making across key business functions, including R&D, product development, marketing, and retail sourcing. Real-time data outputs showcased rising categories by country, ingredient combinations, and competitive brand messaging strategies. Attendees were also able to observe automation features applicable to new product planning, pricing, and promotional strategy development.
Trendier AI also introduced its ChatGPT-based conversational workflow automation service, which had previously been available only to select companies. Designed to support practical, decision-oriented operations within K-beauty companies, the service enables users to automatically generate insights on market growth trends, competitive landscapes, product comparisons, and pricing strategies using simple prompts—eliminating the need for complex research processes or spreadsheet analysis.
In addition, Trendier AI presented its “Top 7 K-Beauty Trends for 2026,” derived from e-commerce data across key markets including Korea, the United States, Japan, and Southeast Asia. The analysis integrates global consumer needs with category migration patterns, highlighting growth opportunities that extend beyond individual products into broader category expansion.
The company also unveiled its “2026 K-Beauty Ingredient Roadmap.” Centered on global consumer skin concern data, the roadmap introduced three next-generation ingredients and illustrated—through case-based analysis—how market data can be translated into new formula development and product direction.
“K-beauty is entering an era of intensifying competition, and AI automation will become a core determinant of corporate competitiveness within the next two years,” said Kei Chun, Co-CEO of Trendier AI. “Through continued advancement of data- and AI-driven technologies, we aim to support the global growth of K-beauty companies.”
